International Student I-20 Application

This is the online form for applying for an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility. To attend as an international student, you must obtain an F-1 visa (to earn a degree). A Form I-20 is the immigration document required to apply for these visa types.

Make sure that you have all required documents ready to upload. See the full list. Partial completion will not allow the form to submit.

For questions related to this application, email the PPSC International Office, international@pikespeak.edu.

Full program information is available on the International Students webpage.

Application Confirmation

By submitting and signing this application, I agree to the following:

  • To the best of my knowledge and belief, the information I have given on this form is correct and can be verified. I have not withheld any information that would affect my I-20 application.
  • I understand that only complete applications will be considered. I understand that applications are due before the deadline posted on the International Students webpage.
  • I understand that completion of this application does not guarantee issuance of an I-20.
  • If I do not pay all tuition and fees on time, my classes may be cancelled, and my visa status will be terminated. If this happens, I must leave the U.S. immediately.
  • If my sponsor can no longer sponsor me financially, I am required to self-pay to remain enrolled.
  • Students in F-1 status may not become a financial burden to the U.S. or its institutions.
  • I will need to provide new financial documents if:
    • I must update my application to a later semester
    • Extra time is needed on my I-20 for me to complete my current program of study
    • If I pursue another program of study (example: ESL to Associates)
  • I authorize PPSC to release my I-20 documents to the issuing authorities for verification (for example, verify a bank statement with the issuing bank).
  • I can be expelled from the college for providing false information on my application or related materials.
